Experience
After I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018, I have spent the past 5 years working in pediatrics treating patients with a variety of conditions including cerebral palsy, autism, developmental delay, torticollis, plagiocephaly and genetic syndromes. In 2023, I completed extensive training to become a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist so that I can further support infants and parents by improving feeding through a whole body approach. I have personal experience with many infant feeding struggles and understand how stressful they can be for parents. My first son had tongue and lip ties that caused poor growth until they were revised. My second son had swallowing troubles which led to aspiration and feeding difficulties. I have personal experience with nursing, pumping, formula feeding, and tube feeding.
