Our physical therapy services are currently In Network  for BCBS/Anthem, Georgia Medicaid, Caresource, and Amerigroup. We also accept Tricare Insurance. For all other insurances, we are happy to submit an Out of Network claim on your behalf, but cannot guarantee insurance coverage for out of network clients. You will be responsible for any balance not covered by insurance, or you can opt for self-pay at a "prompt pay" rate. 

Our lactation and infant bodywork related services are out of network with all insurances at this time. We are happy to provide a superbill if you would like to attempt to get insurance reimbursement. ​Payment is expected at time of service.
